Re: 200NL dangerous board on turn with top set
question isn't whether i'm calling the checkraise elite, it's whether i'm betting to begin with and i was pretty sure it was standard but wanted to double check. easy for him to have a smaller set...

200 NL tough river decision against weird player
Some background on this guy. First, he's pretty terrible and overplays the hell out of medium strength hands. He's not completely stupid and I believe he is also capable of shoving with the goods...

Re: I needs a flops plan.
Honestly I just fold pre. 4betting AQo deep and out of position is a recipe for disaster as you turn it into a complete bluff. As played I think you can c/c flop and see what he does on the turn. ...

200NL Thoughts on this bluff?
Villain is 26/22/4 with 27wtsd over ~300 hands. This wasn't planned in advance or anything but I felt like most of his range was middling PPs and the big 2nd barrel on the end could take it down...

Villain is 24/20 with a 28wtsd over only 40 hands which isn't too significant. We are two buyins deep.

200NL BTvSB Like this Play?
Villain runs at 20/18 and we have been tangling a good deal on two different tables today.
I led the flop due to history and he will usually muck overcards here. Sometimes I will checkraise...

Re: 200nl QQ stupid spot
personally i used to call the flop and plan to re-eval in spots like this and i think it is absolutely horrible to do so. they are ALWAYS betting the turn here so make a decision on the flop about...

200NL AK oop in 3bet pot
Okay guys, got a general question regarding how to play spots like these against loose aggressives. At the time of this hand villain's stats were 30/19 and he'd been very aggro, this was after 60ish...

Re: 77, against donkish player
[ QUOTE ]
I have been flat calling this almost 100% lately as they almost always bet strong on the turn when they are strong. Sometimes you will see K8 when they do this, but mostly stay classy.

Re: top two vs. turn raise .... 2,5 stacks deep
I think you're looking at AQ, 66, or QJ here most of the time. Gutshot is very unlikely especially considering that he called the donk and then called a raise. He probably also folds QJ on the flop...

Re: Huge overbet on river, I have a flush, WTF?
this is such an easy fold it's sickening. people at 100NL do NOT play tricky enough to make a move in this spot and if he wants that much value out of his hand you can be sure it's better than the...
