How does the wetness of the board matter here? Villain has a PFR of 2, that pretty much = AA, KK, QQ and AK...

1. I can see an aggressive villain playing a missed flush draw this way, he would also play a Q like this too.

2. Unlikely he pots river with hands like JT, T9, K9...
