This OP demonstrates many intellectual inadequacies.

OP apparently has "principles":
1. He objects to Annie Duke as a PPA rep. because she is a bad person, obliquely referring to some horrible "cheating" incident he can't be bothered to summarize....

Antigua can look after its own interests, which may not be sports\'

Re: Finding legal council for a (US) poker player

You need an accountant, not a lawyer. You will need him/her to file an amended Return for the prior two years and to do your 2007 taxes.

You do not need Las Vegas counsel.

If you want to waste...

Re: How Kenny Tran Rates Internet Players

"If it was a six handed internet high stakes game he now agreed that some of the top twenty would be those who are considered internet players."

Re: Finding the right lawyer for a fantasy world of wheeling dealing

An international empire like yours, (even if "pulled out of your ass" as you put it),...

Re: Beat: Got robbed at gunpoint

"That's why I don't sell drugs."

You really don't get it .... No one would care whether you sold drugs. You were at risk because your idiot roommate set you up to be robbed by dealing drugs from...

Re: DOJ responses to House Committee questions

Thanks.

So, if it is not illegal for a poker player under Federal law to gamble on the Internet, and poker sites do not "bet or wager", how is someone engaged in "illegal" Internet gambling, under...

There have been ongoing efforts to meet with and educate regulators at the State levels as to "server-based" gaming concepts. This has been going on for a couple of years. The idea is to ensure that...
