if you are right that vista can't use video cards from different manufacturers, this is a really, really, bad flaw in vista.
i quite happily ran an AGP ATI card, and a maxtor PCI card and a nVIDIA...

i have ie6, and regardless of what text size i tell it to display (small v large v medium etc.) it is all hte same on 2p2.

A hotkey was changed to 999999 which is an invalid hotkey. You can either delete PokerPad.ini (which will restore all settings to the defaults) or open PokerPad.ini and search for 999999...

there should be buttons on the monitor itself - to adjust brightness, contrast and horizontal position. it is the horizontal position you need to adjust.
