Re: 5-bet flop 632 w/ AA a good idea?
I am being serious, at least the part of playing 4,5 off preflop for a raise.
As far as getting 4 bet with the aces, sure he "should" fold the aces but he's a donk, and there are plenty of 4-5...

Re: 5-bet flop 632 w/ AA a good idea?
What are you doing playing 4,5 offsuit preflop for a raise???
In defense of the other guy, he certainly doesn't expect someone to be playing 4,5 offsuit preflop for a raise. I'd feel pretty solid...

Re: i hate this i quit!
Someone should point out that 1. You were the 2nd lowest chips stack, vunerable to attack. 2. You were out of position and perhaps should not have raised due to the position. 3. You DID raise with...

Re: Just for the fun of it! (Beats)
I didn't say biggest beat, I said worst "bad beat"... meaning a hand furthest ahead and not likely to lose being caught by an inferior hand.

Re: Just for the fun of it! (Beats)
Is it really? This happened sometime around 2001 at Foxwoods in CT. I wrote several articles at the time for Poker Digest. This was submitted by me to June Fields, publisher at the time. Without...

Re: Are the more vocal players weaker?
He doesn't talk much during the hand, ie: speculating. I don't see him giving anything away about his hand. The others I mentioned are always "well, I got a big hand, I can't lay this down" etc.

Re: Are the more vocal players weaker?
I didn't put Daniel in the same group. I think Farha does talk too much but he offsets his bad play by being very aggresive and ragging out a bit more. But on the whole, I think he's a loser on this...
