Re: 25NL: JJ with 1 over card on river.....

Thanks for the replies all.

I ended up pushing the river for the rest of his stack, figuring if he did have a weak K he might fold it thinking I have an 8.

He insta called and he had KQo. ...

25NL: JJ with 1 over card on river.....

Villain is 30/5.5/2 over 20 hands. so not much of anything overall.

I thought the flop mini-raise could be just a weak attempt at a raise on the flush draw or having paired the K. So i called...

25NL: Did i play this hand well with an over pair + lots of action?

MP is 42/0 and SB is 30/3.

The 2 callers on the flop is kind of scary for me. Did one of them hit a set, 2 pair or flopped a straight and now slow playing it is what crossed my mind. Tho I have...

poker rules question... 3 way all in who gets second place?

So there are 3 people left in a tournament and they all go all-in. The chip leader wins the hand, thus winning the tournament, but how do you determine who comes in second place?

The shove isn't bad IMO because you probably do have a little folding equity and the pot is big enough so that if he had open shoved you would be calling anyways. I think this hand went...
