On the river, its a snap call. He can show up with AA/KK a lone 4 here. Even a complete bluff is not that weird given how you played the hand.

I'd reraise the flop nearly 100% of the time OOP. Given that you are IP here and can make sure a bet goes in on the turn, its ok to call. I'd still reraise most of the time though, I'll just call...
