i agree with everything said above and i think his best on the flop and the turn are small relative to the pot and leads me to believe he's betting for value. I think you're likely to see qq-kk here.

You've got to call your M is about 7 and it looks like a blind steal. He has a lower M and also has to make a move. Most of the time you'll be faced with two overcards or a complete bluff. ...

I'd say put in about 3bb raise and try to get isolated against the UTG. his limp probably puts him on some sc or low pp so i think you have good odds against him and you'll probably force him all in...
