I don't see any problem with just calling the flop in POS b/c CO could still be playing very straightforward, not bluffing when overcards come out, and could be betting worse right now.

Assume they don't have a flush yet, and get the value here while they have the draw or TPTK. Raise to ~the pot, fold to river shove.

You could bet 25 on the turn and instead of shoving 44.80 into 130 you can shove 58.80 into into 102.
Or you can raise 4x on the flop to make the pot 68 on the turn, with you 76.80 behind.
