8x3 means 8 sets of 3 reps each.
I would cut out the flys and either tricep extensions or skull crushers and just do:
tricep extension or skull crusher first to pre-exhaust triceps

Well if you want the bench presses to stimulate your chest more move the tricep exercises to the beginning so you pre-exhaust those muscles thus making your shoulders/chest take more of the load on...
