Maybe UTG put you on the draw and he had A?. I'm basing that off the betting, the huge raise on 4th street makes it look like he doesn't want you to play.

I would have pushed pre-flop based on your inflection points. Assuming there are 10 players at the table and you are mid-to-late in the tournament, with your present stack you will only last 8 more...

Don't feel pressured to act as quickly as possible for the sake of the other players. I think waiting until it is your time to act to look at your cards lets you evaluate the overall situation...
