this is just standard statement that they probably send to hundreds of ppl everyday.
I got a similar one when i send flame email to support a few days ago.

i would be a bit more agressive preflop. raise with Qx and Kx sometimes and 109 also.

i had HU problem too. but playing poki poker academy hu it with computer really helped my game.
