2. You generally want to start with three...

This is basically a theoretical question because it virtually never would happen, but the answers given are correct.

Re: Trip Report: Jail
Thread title is excellent. Actual story was pretty good also. Sounds like you kept your cool, which is pretty key in encounters with cops.

Re: a hand from 1/2 razz

Re: a hand from 1/2 razz
If this started 4 handed (which the hand history says it did), I cant really find any fault in the way it was played. There is at least some chance that 6 paired, and if 8 is willing to donate to...

This was the damning info in the Wizard post to me, not all the standard dev stuff.

If Mike Shackelford is on your ass, its pretty much over for me.
I will say this though --
That hand history is unequivocal proof someone had the hole cards. If lightning hits you 20 times in...

Sorry. Most of the time other people aren't important enough to me for me to pay attention to what they say or write.

Re: Razz: 8734 vs A236
Its actually an interesting theoretical question, and the math is above me, but I have to concede you are right that it makes some difference, just not a big one.

Re: Razz: 8734 vs A236
I actually read it to be known boards. Not sure why that makes me dumb, since I dont think I would ever know someone else's down cards on 4th street.
In any event, really doesnt make the result...

Re: $3/$6 Razz raised on the river.

I would (almost) never fold this to an obvious steal. I would (almost) always fold this to the guy acting right after the bring in. Varying would take a very player specific read or an unusual up...

Re: 15/30 Fun Razz Hand
That was my issue here. All those threes that came out, make it very likely statistically that he was slowplaying fourth. That makes the call on the river a bit stronger in my mind than trying to...
