Depending on the villain, I bet about $38 on the turn most of the time and $90 on the river. If he's really aggro bet the turn and check-shove the river.

As you described the villain, the only reason to check is if he never calls without a better hand and there should never be any reason to bet call. Bet 1/2-2/3 pot and fold if he raises.

If you raise and he has Q9xx you are virtually guaranteed to get all the money in with a huge freeroll. If you call, sure you allow the button to call $4, but he's not likely calling much more...
