I have found that live gmes like this no one considers the blind and a standard raise being 3 X the BB
I would play loose preflop and tight post flop
Test the water and see if a $20 or $25...

I would fold preflop and keep an eye on the player for more information
but that could be a pretty weak line but to 4 bet he has qq or better so you are probably behind or only 50/50

I would call a shove from the LAG , but if the button shoves it is a bit trickier. Since you know how the button plays you should have an idea if his shove would mean aa. but I would be calling any...

I would reraise to isolate and make it $450
KK will play best heads up so I would be trying to isolate the super LAG
Your friend on the button should realise you are only repopping with a decent...
