Miles, just to make sure you werent on to something here I did some math, put villain on a range and made some assumptions that was probably biased towards a check/raise strategy and Bet/3bet still...

Just call preflop, you have no folding equity so try to get in cheaply with this very marginal hand.
Since you raised preflop, once you get to the turn I would just check/call down vs this guy.
