You should view poker as one long session instead of a series of sessions. I recommend that you give yourself a specific start and stop time for playing, and just force yourself to play your best...

I just did a fresh install of CD and applied my theme again and now it's working fine. I have a feeling CD will start throwing errors again when I restart the client tho.

I'd shove pre and punish the limper. As played it's not a terrible move IF it was done w/ the intention of pwning for another orbit. If not then I don't see why you'd do that.
