We're playing with effective stacks, the fact that we have 380k has nothing to do with our stack to pot ratio.

Yes you will. You need to make 3150 in implied odds after hitting a set to make the call +EV. You can make more than that more frequently here.

You don't need to play post if you can take it down pre. You don't need to make a suspicious value bet on the river if you naturally have to jam due to stack sizes.
