I always make it a point to eat breakfast at the Peppermill at least once while I am in Vegas. Has kind of an old school feel to it. Plus you can't beat the 10-12 egg omlettes.

Cheap food = Peppermill for breakfast just north of the Wynn almost to Circus Circus. They have huge portions and very reasonable. I had the ham and cheese omlette and the waitress said they use...
