As far as the 10-9 or J-9 goes, why would he bet the river? He'd likely view his hand as good here, and he's last to act on the river, so why attempt to value bet (what would call him?)...

The problem with not c-betting is that he will bet very often with his entire range IMO.

Are you saying c/f flop against a 37/17?
