[ QUOTE ]
In other words, good players implicitly know that an M of 10 doesn't mean they have 10 rounds left to play before blinding out. Good players make "mental estimations" of how long...

i like how glass says its 100% impossible for him to shove AT-AQ here which is plenty possible.

But this isn't a cash game, and cEV != $ev.

This is very, very wrong.

First, cEV does not equal $EV. It would be lesser than $ev. So you start out with what you admit is a -EV bet (qq vs AK) and add to that the fact that your 'payout' in chips...

If you are up against a pair you are 1.22/1 dog here, so it would be an idiotic call.

WWHD? (Harrington)
HOH v 2 gives an almost identical example. Ok, he puts it at 3 different stack sizes, but here's the jist. . .
You are getting 1.07/1 odds on your money. If you are up against a pair you are...

I don't like 3-betting light too much with these stack sizes. With 12-30BB, you can make a resteal allin or essentially so. With 70-110BB, it is hard for villain to 4-bet, since...

OT - final table, Low M\'s, very passive
Something I've never seen posted about.
At a typical final table, you usually (say 8 players) have two big stacks at M=15-20 ish, and a bunch of people M=3-7. This became especially evident to me...

Re: BB turns into top two on river (10/180)
Your read says you can call, easily.
But actually, your read is meaningless since you are assuming he played loose due to chip stack size. He could just as easily be a nit that hit AA, or a...
