Re: Deep river bluff
[ QUOTE ]
Villain has 3/4 or 4/5. And I don't see him folding with either of course.
[/ QUOTE ]
U seriously dont think villain folds 34? Its obv only a bluff catcher.. and everything got...

Re: Deep river bluff
Ok seems like most people agree it was a good move against the right oponent. But my reads were off since he had 45off for a full house and obv insta called. meh

Re: Deep river bluff
[ QUOTE ]
How often do you think he shows up with a hand like 45 or 56 here (pair and a gutter on the flop)? Are you discounting those because he plays them faster on the flop or what?
I think...

Re: Deep river bluff
[ QUOTE ]
i dont like it.. his hand def. looks very strong, u would have raised the turn with a set so u cant have a full here and you probably would just call with a flush on this board so i dont...

Deep river bluff
Villain1 is bad Lagish. Havent seen him before, and he probably the main reason for why the game is running. He over values his hands and makes bad and predictable plays.
Villain2 is a decent...

Re: Deep, flush vs big river 3bet
I very much agree with ur thoughts Kirk, and in the heat of the battle the fold was v. easy for me. I have been thinking about it afterwards, though, could he possibly be raising a smaller flush for...

Deep, flush vs big river 3bet
Villain is normally very TAGish and does not get out of line. He is tilted atm, though, and lost like 3 buy-ins within the last 30 hands. I have never seen him make a similar raise as a bluff. I have...

Re: Meh stupid
The hand is butchered, and I knew it even when I played it. The stack sizes of the two players is what made the hand akward, and obv the reason why i slowplayed. I dont think its a big mistake...

Re: Meh stupid
The site has a "daily limit" - u can only buy in for a certain amount every day(depending on whatever u organized with the client). Villain lost quite alot (to me), and therefore is playing for his...

Meh stupid
This hand played out quite unorthodox becuase of the stack sizes. Obv I normally reraise PF, but I think this was a bad spot to do so. Villain is not very strong, pretty ABC Tag, and doesnt get too...

Re: 10/20, KK v River Checkraise
I call this.
I dont think he c/c's 2 streets with sucker end straightdraw on paired board. I think most players fire it up on the flop with set, given it has many draws. Sets get more money in...

Re: 200/400 against Genius28
I cannot see him not shoving KQ for value, KJ is prob borderline - I know I would shove it given your weak line.
U really gotta call this IMO.

I hate it and would also check turn

Why do u hate the turn bet? It charges draws and 8s/7s, and allows me to check behind on the river, rather than calling a bet. I...

25/50 HU, river bluff
Villain is good and capable of making big moves. We have been tangling quite alot previously, but are just getting started this session.
I have a very aggressive image, also capable of big moves...

Re: 25/50 HU, wtf river?
I think bluffs get awfully expensive if I raise that much, and I will be bluffing in this spot quite alot.
Is my thought process flawed?
Edit: And saying he will call with any piece is an...

Re: 25/50 HU, wtf river?
Pot size is 6k on turn. Got 8 left.
I raised 900-->2500 on flop.. I normally make small bets/raises in reraised pots - is this a mistake?
I guess a flop raise to 3k-->turn shove is better with...
