The Grand Lux cafe in the Venetian has a great breakfast buffet. The also have very decent casual lunch and dinner and I think they are open 24/7, but not positive.

First of all online poker in the US has never been legal. And the bill Bush signed on 10/13 had nothing to do with the legality of online poker.
