Unless you view villain as a donkey I would agree with his range being QQ+ in this spot (him being oop on the flop defines his hand pretty well). I will call his reraise because of the implied odds...

limp, raise, shove?
I'm sure this question has been answered many times in the past...
There is a limper in ep (who has been limping pretty decent amount), a raiser in mp or lp who is TAG and you are sitting in lp...

With 44 I would probably just smooth call pf when you are this deepstacked. As played I would lead out the flop after it was checked to you. You need to start building the pot and most of the times...
