Re: Possibly really bad flop play blind vs blind
Looks like you will run into too many instances of AK/AQ/6hXh/pair+draw for this to be profitable. I know it's a bad line, but "find a better spot" seems to apply here (read: this guy will likely...

Re: Is this terrible?
Why check/call flop? Seems like a strange line to me, especially when you follow it up with the same action on the turn. You should lead the flop here.
As played I'm not really sure what we're...

Re: This happened within 20 hands.
Last one is brutal. First one is a gross spot, not an incredibly bad beat. Second hand, sucks, simply shove the turn next time when you have this stack versus this pot size.

Re: Things you love about live poker
Watching 2p2 Stars six-tablers who think they can get away with three betting light in the CO getting called in two different spots and then donk-bet into on the flop.

Re: Showing Cards when All in 1/2NL game
People should simply show their hands and move on. As a live player this is the thing I hate the most. Nothing in Hold em other then stupid conversations hold the game up more then people not wanting...

Re: I was robbed yesterday for $9,000
This is literally the worst post I've ever read. There should be a warning in the OP that states "reading this will get you more depressed then the victim of the 9k theft".

Re: Live Poker Pros
Python, he and I make sarcastic comments like that because of all the online players on this site who can't wait to talk about how great they are at .50-$1 NL online and how much everyone sucks live....

Re: Things that annoy you about live poker.
Blaming the dealer.
Commentary about T2 when the flop contains any combination of these cards.
Commentary about "never winning with AK" or "hating pocket Jacks". Obvious sign of bad players, but...

Re: Live Poker Pros
Not sure why I'm labeled a recreational player because I described the point of not enjoying playing online. Plenty of people such as myself and those similar to myself play almost exclusively live...

Re: 5/10 deep AA tough river
Fold, not worth it, he simply isn't on a move often enough to justify calling, for the times you are running into sets/flushes etc.

Re: Live Poker Pros
The major aspect of players playing poorly live is the time/boredom factor. People simply don't like sitting there for 45 minutes at a time folding and watching others participate in the action....

Re: Live Poker Pros
The online comment is ridiculous. I'm sure there are some live players who cannot beat online, but this isn't everyone and it can be for a variety of reasons. Not everyone is an antisocial muppet who...

Re: 5/10 turn shove?
What are we folding out if we shove other then naked heart draws? Kx is calling here for sure, and as stated above it wouldn't surprise me if JJ/QQ called it off.
