2. Shoving any 2 from say sb to HJ

I think your mistake was pf... you basically min reraised his 3bet. I would probably just shove here... this is a $4/180 noboby is folding JJ, QQ,AK or even AQs and very few are reraising with less...

I would chk his att. steal % and repop him if its greater than 22%. You have to be willing to fire at any flop.
I rarely call, there would have to be at least 3 players already in for a raise.
