Both are contributed. You will have to actually play the hand or be in one of the blinds in order to earn a portion of the rake. You can not just be dealt cards like at some other sites.

To my knowledge this is only possible at Hollywood but Pokerroom has so many skins it may be possible somewhere else.

Even Party still needs fish. I don't think the pond is reproducing nor do I believe even with Party's millions to advertise can they afford to do away with affiliates. I could see a solely CPA...

Most sites deduct bonuses from your monthly gross rake. A few do not. UB is something of an oddity in that they deduct 25% of the bonus from you MGR so you will still collect rakeback there while...

Different sites figure it different ways. Some site you have to actually call the opening bet or be in the blinds. Some sites you only have to be dealt cards.
