If you go to the cage and ask for a rack of uncirculated chips they will normally give them to you. That way all your chips are brand new if you are starting a set for home game use.

I haven't been since the Hard Rock opened, but the games at the IP are very soft also. They have a $300 max buyin so the game doesn't play as deep as the Beau.
