I know exactly what you mean, I've been to SLC plenty times and you get to see snow in the mountains many months out of the year when it's warm in the valley.

Yes, it evens out if you sell and buy in Tampa but if you compare to areas that have not had the same increases in the top two housing expenses, besides your mortgage and utilities then it is not...

That is so weird, also strange is that S. FL (incl. Tampa), Phoenix and Las Vegas happen to be the worst performing housing markets right now and I'm in real estate.

It spells opportunity to me...
