Re: Value bet this river or check behind?

If he's as loose as you say then it's an easy bet imo. However, even a donk has to be somewhat worried about this board if he has less than top pair. I would still bet most of the time though.

Re: bottom 2 on monotone

I'm interested to hear what your tactic was on the flop.
1)Are you planning on playing the turn hard if it blanks?
2)If he has you beaten on the flop will you then stack off?

It might be a...

Re: Extracting money with nut flush on 4-flush

check call turn and bet river. The size of the bet depends on the opponent and the game. The way I see it the important thing is to not disturb the flow of the hand since you're trying to get value...

Re: Villain\'s pushin 99% of hands NLCASH

[ QUOTE ]
Off the top of my head , I would say to call with any hand that has at least a 55% equity versus a random hand . However , he may decide to leave if you keep folding so you can't wait too...

Re: hu sng ~ handling aggresiv/dominating villians

I try to not get into pots that I'll have to give up on turn or river. This means tight play oop both preflop and on the flop. Simply avoid weak hands with few outs. Give up early. I also tend to...

In cash games , you take the edge no matter how negligible you think it is . If your call can beat the rake , then you should be willing to gamble .

NLCASH $200 KK vs AI on flop 200BB

Villain is normally willing to call big bets and raises on the flop and turn but in reraised pots he seems straight forward so far. He has mostly been folding to my c-bets on all types of flops....

Re: 600NL two pair river getting checkraised after a checked turn

I call. Can't see you beating any hand that check raises for value here except maybe an over pair but with this betting sequence I think it's a bluff often enough.

btw, why do you think your value...

Re: Bet behind bet behind get thurr, aaaaand I check? 600nl

Check raise is the best move here I think. Even if he doesn't call it you'll make him pay and then fold. That's good for the game as a whole.

If the first and the second hand are very close in...

Re: NL50 - Top pair weak kicker against preflop 3-bettor

I'd fold pre-flop.

When I reraiser checks an A-high bord I proceed cautiously. It's a strange play. He probably has an Ace, but he could also have a pp or nothing. In this hand you have an A so...

Re: HUSNG$5 Two pair--maximum extraction?

If you've been agressive so far then I would raise the flop.

If you've been on the defensive I like calling.

Re: Big HU - 5th hand

raise pre.
post flop I think is ok. Looks like an Ace looking for a safe turn. I would just call river.
