El D's Steven Seagal's thread got me to thinking...who's the biggest Celebrity Tool of all-time?

I think some qualifications are in order:

Said celebrity must take himself much more seriously than the general public does.

His/Her talent-toolness ratio must be wide. For example, Eddie Murphy might be a huge tool, but he's so damn talented we don't care. Whereas, David Hasslehoff definitely qualifies.

The Celebrity Tool must have had some real success. So Kevin Federline does not count.
