How To Use Your HUD Info: Hand #3

(Disclaimer: If people think these are not very helpful posts, I'll be more than happy to stop them) -

See Hand #2 here

Here are some preflop considerations. Full ring game, folded to Villain in MP2 who raises and you're sitting in MP3. Two different hand scenarios - the first you have AQo, the second is if you had KQs. What do you do if Villain is -

a) TAG (19/11/2.5)
b) LAG (45/13/3)
c) Passive (35/3/.5)

KQs vs. the Tag is the only one that's close.

I'm curious that your AQo answers are.

With AQo:

a) Fold, we are likely to be dominated.
b) Reraise
c) Fold, since we're even more likely to be dominated than in hand a.

KQs:
a)Fold
b)call, since we are less likely to be dominated
c)fold

Note, my answers don't necessarily mean I'm using the numbers right.

AQo
a)Fold
b)call
c)fold

KQs
a)call
b)call
c)call

I think that more points to I cold call with KQs too often.

There are few absolutes in poker but one I think you could stick by is that it's almost always wrong to be the first cold-caller after a raise IMO.

A & B are easy 3bets. Both players' numbers indicate they're position aware, therefore it is not the traditional AQ test. Both players have lots of weaker Aces in their range when they open MP2.

I would argue the LAG is probably not positionally aware but AQo has value against his hand range. What if TAG is raising in UTG+1 instead of MP here?

grunch:

First scenario:
a) 3-bet to see where i am... (not sure)
b) 3-bet for value and isolate
c) 3-bet same things of point "b"

Second scenario:
a) cold-call to keep the blinds in? (here i don't know.. close to a fold)
b) 3-bet for value
c) 3-bet for value

I guess it's AQo 3-bet,3-bet, fold and KQs fold, 3-bet, CC w/loose blinds. I don't like 3-betting AQo and going HU vs TAG, nor cc'ing KQs though.
