Why do you underbet the flop?

I would bet 600 or check and see what happens on the turn.

Reraise preflop is fine, flop bet is really bad. You're telling opponent you don't like the ace on board.

uhh...check the flop?

your little probe bet is praying to get raised, id raise you w/o an ace here almost every time.

really.. because I was 65-75% confident he didn't have an Ace.

AK doesn't call my reraise and AQ is unlikely and a PFR with AJ UTG didn't seem likely either...

No one is folding AK here. Are you suggesting AK always reraises?

AK will definitely either call your reraise or push. AQ might call a reraise, and I personally raise AJ UTG if the table is donktastic, though I wouldn't call your reraise here.

you are? I play queens and AK the same way there, aka betting about half-2/3 of the pot. I'd bet a little more, but not too much more. Basically play it however you'd play AK imo.
