PokerStars Using New Betting Structure for Sunday 4:30pm Event
 

Beginning Sunday March 12, we will use our new betting structure for our Sunday 4:30pm events. Antes will be 10% of the small blind beginning at the level antes kick in. Also, additional levels have been added to the middle of the structure to allow for more play. The structure can be viewed in the Tournament Info section of this Sunday's event.

Nice. I've lamented the pushbot nature of the Stars tourney. It's been quite telling that the Party tournament starts at the same time with about 67% of the entrants and ends later.

Hopefully this will help take SOME of the luck factor out of it.

The new structure is much better.
I still wish the antes were bigger though. 1/10 of the BB instead of 1/10 of the SB is soooo much better.
