10-20nl pp = akward out of position play
 

1st, i know my perflop reraise is marginal, but this opp was active with his preflop raising often backs away when i show agression. My table image is a tad loose - agro, but i have made a habbit of not getting caught with bluffs tonight.
Both his preflop and flop calls are very scary, but the draw i pick up on the turn makes me want to fire the second barrel.
Note- he has seen me strong bet my draws = might put me on bare club, or have put me on the club draw on the flop despite my preflop raise.

If you want to get greedy you can check/raise the turn. With smaller stacks you would c/r allin. With an even smaller one you would just open-push the turn.

I'm not a big fan or raising or reraising with AKo in the blinds either full or 6-max. But if you are going to do it, then do it bigger so you don't get a chain of callers and the position you got yourself in trying to represent an overpair multiway when the majority of the time you miss the flop. But even if you do raise bigger to like 350, and only get 1 caller, then what again when that rag board comes and you are OOP? There's nothing wrong with calling the raiser and quietly folding when you miss. There are enough tough spots that occur naturally without seeking to make even more of them.

reraising or even raising AKo out of the blinds is nontraditional play in nl. the hand has a higher reverse implied odds than implied odds when played this way and it reveals the strength of your hand...
But it also disguises the strength of your hand...
If i believe he will raise a large number of hands from late position, which i do, then a reraise with anything frequently picks up the blinds. Thats why i make the play, and the continuation bet is automatic against this opponent since i believe he will call with any small pair to set and fold to a follow up flop bet.
But his flop call is a scary one, and picking up the draw on the turn is semi obvious, but worse it could easily mean he has made his flush...

Why not and what is your reraising range?

In a typical SH game I think reraising out of the blinds with AK is a must for a variety of reasons.

If you are called on the turn, do you just check-fold the river? Or follow through with a second bluff, assuming you didn't make a hand.
