Can I check/fold ? he s playin tight. so I would give him following range on this board:

AK/AQ/AJ/TT-AA he most likely reraises pf so you can exclude those hands in his range.

You most likely have the best hand. I'd put villain on a pure float, Ax or any PP and even 56c or something. Seems like a good spot to bet. Or at the very least C/C.

Yeah I think best play is C/C turn, C/F river. Once you C/C turn, BU has to know you have the ace, but he will not know if you're going to fold it. I doubt a guy with these nitty stats will take another shot on the river with air when you basically tell him that you have top pair.

i prefer bet fold to your line against an unknown.

but if u know something about the villain that we don't, then this might be fine. AKA that he's straight forward and checks the turn with his mediocre hands.
