I think villain is checking behind here with 2pair/set, so I'd fold river. I'd say this is KQ a huge % of the time.

Blech, blech, blech. Fold preflop (or raise as a mix-it-up play) the first time. Fold preflop the second time. Weak flop donk blows. Check raise or lead hard. If you're considering check-folding this river for a 33% pot bet, then you shouldn't have called the turn raise.
