Mid-Limit in Atlantic City

Planning an upcoming trip to Atlantic City. I browsed the poker wikis but they are not that helpful. I usually play 10-20 or 15-30 and am looking for the best casino to play in terms of competition, frequency of games run, wait time etc. I have a large enough bankroll so a super high variance game is not a detriment.

Other considerations such as table service, atmosphere, etc. not as important.

Also, I will be getting there early on a Saturday morning (think 7-8 AMish) and playing through Sunday afternoon.

Thanks in advance.

Your only two choices are the Borgata and Taj Mahal. Borgata has a nicer atmosphere.

Weekends at Borgata the few times I've been there lately, were running two $40-80, three $20-40, and 4+ $10-20 LH tables(one a must move). Found the $5-10 LH tables to be full of nits and not much fun...Hands down, Borgata is your play. Good luck.

Kind of repeating advice, but...

Start with the 10-20 at the Borgata. If you're up for more of a challenge move up. If you start disliking the Borgata, move on over to the Taj.

FWIW, either the 10-20 or the 20-40 will go 24 hours during the time that you're there, so you could figure that you could start at the Taj and then slip on over to the Borgata later.
