meh tough spot, if you think he may be tilting because he is losing a lot of pots i might shove here, but tbh i fold this most of the time here, you can find better spots to get it in

This guy's repping such a tight range though. 22, 33, TT, JJ basically (and now 88 beats us, but if he's playing 88 like this on the flop...).

24/15 tells me he def can have 44-77 here. Although I really think it's a fold. Agree with Aaron, you can find a better spot.
