Poker Tracker may be used freely for 30 days or 1000 hands, I believe, but at $55 it will be the best investment you will make in your poker career beyond good money management rules

Microsoft Excel???

Seriously, you won't really find any freebies. You have to pay to play so to speak.

If you use Realtime, you can kinda keep track overall, just not on a day-by-day or session-by-session basis.

PokerTracker is really worth the money. Break that piggy and buy it.
