Paris & Amsterdam Poker: recent update?

I've searched through past threads and found a little info on poker in Paris & Amsterdam. Most of the info is over a year old and I'm hoping for some more recent updates. I'm traveling to those cities next week and was wondering if anyone has played poker in those locations in the past couple of months. Any reports on days & times of tournaments, cash games offered, rakes, dress code, etc.. are appreciated. Thanks,

In The Netherlands (and thus in Amsterdam), the only casino allowed to exploit poker and other table games is Holland Casino. It's located near the Leidseplein, in the city centre.

There's a €10 SNG every day at 8 pm, and a €50+R MTT at 8 pm as well on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays. Also there are 2/4, 5/10 and 10/20 limit games and 5/5 NL games.

The cashgame rake is out of control, last time I was there it was 10%. I think it hasn't changed. I'd play the SNG's, because they have NO rake.

They recently stopped offering 2/2NL in Holland Casinos. Even though the rake was insane they figured they'd make more by just offering 5/5. There's no dresscode and the cashgames run from 20:00 to 03:00, except for saturday and sunday when they start at 14:00.

Really can't wait till the Dutch government changes it stupid state casino monopoly..
