I think you should have bet the turn, unless you pegged him as a very aggro player you should be sinec there are straight and flush draws.
You underplayed your hand so you might look weak, raise pfr Cbet then give up... so looks to me like he is trying to pick up your river bluff. I would call here.

Bet 9 on turn. As played call, your hand is underrepresented. Sorry he had 77/J10.

River is an insta-call. You beat a lot of his 3bet calling range and you can't fold this hand getting 3:1 on the river raise. Have reload ready, but I am calling this 100% of the time.

Checking the turn is really ugly, bet around 3/4 of the pot. Call river.
