PCA step 6 hand

We just got heads up 1 hand ago. I have 17k and villian has 8k. Villian has played very passively up until this point and has folded the first hand HU. He has showed down a few big hands and has been folding to steals and not stealing. I have a very agressive image and have won a bunch of pots without showdown.

Re: PCA step 6 hand

sounds like your opponent sucks and will virtually never 3-bet you. I'd stick to small raises first and see how he reacts. You'll take down a lot of pots pre and on the flop. Widdle him down a bit more then start shoving.

Shoving with 14bbs isn't bad (although this hand is probably a little too loose), but I think you are negated some your edge and giving him a good chance to get back into this match.

If you play nash equilibrium then folding > pushing with 14 BB.
( http://www.holdemresources.net/hr/sngs/hune.html gives 13.3 BB) but I guess this is ok if he folds too much.
