Nah. Stacks are pretty short here. Villain could easily show up with AK or even worse. Regardless, you've raised more than half your stack, folding would be just awful. Villain may think you're really weak because of your silly bet. In the absence of strong reads, you should be shoving over a standard raise from the CO and you should be calling now, as played.

There is no decision here, b/c you're getting 4 to 1 to call, so if he shows you his AA faceup (his actual range is prob closer to TT-AA;AQ;AK)...u call. I'd just shove this pre. I might flatcall if i had a read that one of the blinds likes to squeeze.

Shove pre.

No reason for re-raising only half your stack. You can do that if you plan eo call a preflop shove or if you plan to open shove the flop.
