Suppliments UK/london

Hi, I've decieded I want to start taking suppliments.

After a bit of research I think I want some kind of creatine, and then some kind of basic whey protien, i think seperately would be better.

Can anyone recommend some brands that are cheap and simple that I can get in the UK?

try affordablesupplements.co.uk or monstersupplements.com

Buy muliple items to save big. the prices vary on both sites so compare them.

I believe these are the cheapest.
Myprotein.co.uk for really cheap favourless stuff. I've not tried this site but have been recommended it.

is your goal to gain weight and get bigger/stronger?

My main goal is to get some creatine in, so I can workout harder, longer and more often, and also play better at rugby. And also get some more protien in my diet.

Go to a Holland & Barrett - there are branches all over London. I get whey and creatine from there

Hi, thanks, just checked out the website, and looks exactly like the cheap and cheerful varieties I'm after.

Also, one just round the corner from my work!

Holland & barrett are well overpriced. With a GNC card you get 20% off all holland & barrett prices.

Agreed with Holland & Barrett being overpriced, don't shop there.

I tend to use bulkpowders.co.uk but myprotein are good as well. Buying unflavoured whey is a lot cheaper as well and once you get used to it its not bad at all (mix with some splenda if you cant handle taste)
