Villain is 41/10/2.1 from 188 hands. Only other big hand he had on table is when he flopped a straight v top2 and he got it in on the flop. I have raised a lot in position when he has limped and over the last 30mins hes been limp calling my raises rather than folding like at the beginning of the session.

I think this is an easy shove. You have the best hand the vast majority of the time, and he will call with worse sets/2 pairs a lot of the time too.
Also you said in the OP that he got it in on the flop with a straight, which imo makes it less likely he slowplayed a straight on the flop or the turn.
