depending on the action i raise pf. raise the HJ's bet on the flop. calling and waiting for a safe turn to raise is fine as well.

raise the flop. Depending on your reads, b/f a non-heart turn if some paint comes up, or b/c if you believe your 8high flush draw to be still good.
