I fold pretty quickly, your tens dont appear to be good. He's got 2 pair / set a ton here.

I don't follow the preflop action. How does the SB act first?

So action is messed right? UTG raises to 7, you make it 22 outta the SB? If i'm gonna raise I make it more. But in general I don't 3-bet here, he seems pretty aggro and you can't take much heat postflop usually.

What are you running? If you are play sorta loose he might be bluff-raising you here, but if you play tighish he prob isn't messing around.

Super aggressive villain knows you can't continue and commit your stack on a flop like this. With a shove you have 25% equity against JJ, 30% against 99/88, 40% against AJ or overpair. You also have 65/5/30% against AT/T9/T8 (we'll assume he calls with these). You are basically invincible against all other hands, which he prob won't call. Given his aggression and therefore high propensity to bluff on scary boards, I'd shove.
