I think this is standard vs most ops, maybe check/call riverbluff-for-busted-Kc vs very aggro ops?!

I think a turn c-r overreps our hand and folds out far to many of the hands we are ahead of. Besides, him checking behind would be gross and likely (he's a 60/5 fish).

against a fish a c-r is obviously bad, but is it against a good TAG?

I'm not sure. I think bet-bet looks weaker than bet-crai at this table and thus gets called by Ax alot here. Paging better players;)

I am not raising preflop and am certainly not betting the flop. tunr+river are fine.
