The workout really isn't as important as what you eat, and how consistent you are. There is no magical exercise that will give you huge arms over night. This being said post your Stats(height weight BF) your training experience, and your goals and we can help

Like said above, read the stickies.

some quick advice though is you want to work the upper body "push" muscles. Their are 3-4 core exercises that work excellently for these parts - the typical bench press (IMO dumbell bench is far superior for chest size), Dips (this is great for the chest and triceps), Over head pressing (the main shoulder exericse), close grip bench press

Getting stronger in those 3 exercises (and later on, their variations) is what will give you the best gains in that part of your body.

but remember eating is the most important for gaining muscle. You want 6 meals a day, with 1.3 x your body weight (lb's) in protein, spread out during the day. You should try to eat most of your carbohydrates around your workout and breakfast (though this isn't essential at all).

It sounds like your a beginner, so no need for supplements at all - just stick with plenty of real food.

Definitely work the pull muscles too, to even out your development. A wide back is one of the best ways to make yourself look better, too. It doesn't even need to be super meaty to give you a really good shape, and most people seem to be able to add muscle and shape there pretty quickly.

Dont be one of those guys who go to the gym and only do chest. bi's and tri's. In reality they are only hurting themselves. If you wanna get big you need to do a full body routine, Use big compound movements and eat as big as you want to be.
